I BELIEVE IN YOU!
Ever since I was a child, the dream of moving to the USA and making it my home has been a constant beacon in my life. The idea of achieving permanent residency seemed like a distant goal, but I always held onto the hope that one day, I would find a way to make it a reality.
My journey took an unexpected turn when I discovered the EB2 NIW (Employment-Based Second Preference National Interest Waiver) green card program, a pathway that USCIS describes as a route for "people with exceptional abilities." At first, I doubted that I fit this description. After all, what made me exceptional beyond my ability to speak seven languages, a skill that seemed unlikely to sway the decision in my favor?
Driven by a desire to understand if I was truly eligible, I devoted two years to meticulously studying every piece of available information. I poured over USCIS documents, reviewed EB2 NIW approvals and rejections, and analyzed case studies. My goal was clear: to determine if I had a valid case and how I could present it effectively.
When I decided to move forward with my application, I reached out to several law firms. To my shock, the costs were exorbitant—ranging from $10,000 to $17,000, with consultation fees starting at $250 and beyond. This was far beyond my budget. Adding to my frustration, approximately 70% of the lawyers I contacted dismissed my case, claiming it was weak and unlikely to succeed. Their lack of belief in my potential left me disheartened, as it was clear that if the lawyers lacked confidence, USCIS might too.
Undeterred by these setbacks, I resolved to prove them wrong. I embarked on the application process independently, crafting a comprehensive self-petition that spanned 300 pages. To my dismay, I received a Request for Evidence (RFE) questioning all three prongs of the Dhanasar test. This challenge felt like a crushing blow, but it also became a turning point.
Instead of giving up, I dove deeper into research. I analyzed approved and rejected cases, scrutinizing why certain petitions failed. I discovered that many were rejected due to poorly defined proposed endeavors and inadequate arguments. This insight proved invaluable.
My background in Hospitality Management, a Master's Degree in Business Management, and certificates in Software Engineering were all factors that seemed to conflict. Yet, I decided to leverage them for my proposed endeavor: applying machine learning to assist children with disabilities. Fueled by determination, I meticulously prepared a 500-page petition, including scientific articles, government information, and detailed analytics.
Then came the day of reckoning. To my immense relief and joy, my petition was approved! The triumph was not only a personal victory but also a profound realization of my ability to help others in similar situations.
This success inspired me to establish my consultancy services. I am committed to assisting individuals who face obstacles similar to those I encountered—whether it's a lack of belief in their case, prohibitive legal fees, or any other challenges. I understand the complexities and the emotional journey of the EB2 NIW process. My mission is to offer support, guidance, and affordable solutions to help you achieve your dreams of living and working in the USA.
